Stephen and Cara are in. Cara willing to go down and deal with the restrooms which have been a bit of an issue since our geyser on Sunday.

Rudolfo is in. That long sad look on his face. After 3 decades, he desperately wants to go back to Cuba. I call the New York office. They only deal with United Nations related issues. They give us a number in DC of the embassy. We call. He listens to a sequence of recordings. Leaves with a deep look of longing on his face.
